Ayurvedic Pregnancy Care
A gentle, nurturing offering designed to support you through the journey of preconception, pregnancy and early postpartum. This work draws on the principles of Ayurveda to support balance, nourishment and overall wellbeing during this important transition.
My approach is grounded in understanding your individual constitution and supporting you through simple, practical lifestyle shifts that feel manageable.
This space also allows for the emotional and mental shifts that naturally arise during this time, offering support to help you feel more grounded and at ease.

A space for women to reconnect with their health, their bodies, and their natural rhythms.
These workshops are designed to be both educational and experiential — offering a grounded introduction to holistic wellbeing through the lens of Ayurveda, alongside practical tools that can be integrated into everyday life.
Each workshop creates an opportunity to slow down, reflect, and engage more intentionally with your wellbeing, within a supportive and like-minded community.

How the Workshops Work
Workshops are offered throughout the year, both online and in person, and are often held in collaboration with other practitioners in the women’s health and wellness space.
Each session is thoughtfully curated and may explore themes such as:

- Nervous system support and stress management
- Nourishment, energy and lifestyle practices
- Gentle movement, yoga and somatic practices to support embodiment and balance

Reiki
A gentle, energy-based practice that supports deep relaxation, emotional balance and overall wellbeing.
Reiki works by supporting the body’s natural ability to restore and rebalance, helping to calm the nervous system and release tension held within the body.
Sessions are quiet and restorative, offering a space to slow down, soften, and reconnect.
How It's Offered
Reiki is available to existing clients only, and it is offered as a separate session.
As an add on to your broader wellbeing journey, where appropriate, it offers an additional layer of support.

Reiki is a complementary practice and is not intended to replace medical care, but to support your overall wellbeing alongside it.
What to Expect
During a session, you will lie fully clothed in a comfortable, relaxed position while gentle, hands-off energy work is offered.
Each experience is unique, but sessions may support:
