About
A journey from burnout and imbalance back to vitality – and the desire to support other women on their own path to wellbeing.
We all have a story.
Nearly two decades ago, I began searching for answers after experiencing burnout, hormonal imbalances, fatigue, and a deep sense of disconnection from my body.
Like many women, I moved through a cycle of temporary fixes and conventional solutions that never seemed to address the root cause of what I was experiencing. Eventually, I knew I needed to explore a different path.
That journey led me into the world of natural health, holistic healing, and ultimately to the mountains of Himachal Pradesh, India, where I attended a healing retreat that profoundly shifted the course of my life.
It was there that I was introduced, in a deeply meaningful way, to Ayurveda, meditation, and a more conscious, connected approach to wellbeing.
From that point forward, I committed myself to understanding the deeper relationship between the body, mind, lifestyle, and healing.
And life has a way of bringing things full circle.
At 38, I became a mother—something I once wasn’t sure would be possible for me. Experiencing a healthy pregnancy and birth felt deeply affirming and strengthened my trust in the body’s innate wisdom and capacity to heal when given the right support.
Now, nearly 20 years later, my work brings together the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda with modern coaching practices to support women in reconnecting with their bodies, restoring balance, and creating lasting, meaningful wellbeing.
I’m deeply passionate about supporting women on their journey back to themselves—helping them feel more grounded, nourished, balanced, and at home in their bodies again.
This isn’t just the work I do – it’s work I feel deeply called to.
Supporting women on their journey back to themselves is truly my passion.
My Background
Before stepping fully into the wellness and coaching space, my career began in marketing. I worked with brands such as Woolworths, Real Foods, and Wellness Warehouse, and was part of launching a progressive health café in London.
Alongside my career, I committed deeply to my own growth and education—completing multiple health coaching programs and immersing myself in personal development work.
More recently, I completed my Reiki Level 2 training in India, as well as a Diploma in Ayurveda and Panchakarma.
I’m also a long-time practitioner of Transcendental Meditation and yoga—practices that continue to ground, guide, and inform both my life and my work.
