I’m an Ayurvedic lifestyle consultant and holistic wellness coach, here to support you in creating a way of living that feels balanced, nourishing and aligned.

My approach brings together the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda with modern coaching practices, guiding you back to your body’s natural rhythms and supporting lasting, meaningful wellbeing.

I hold a diploma in Ayurveda and Panchakarma, with additional training in Ayurvedic pregnancy care through the School of Ayurveda and Panchakarma in India. I am also a certified health coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (New York) and an internationally accredited life coach.

My intention is to support you with the knowledge and tools to make meaningful, lasting changes to your health and wellbeing.

The Ancient Wisdom of Ayurveda

Ayurveda teaches us that true health arises from balance – within the body, mind and spirit.

Rather than offering a one-size-fits-all approach, it recognises that each of us is unique. By understanding your individual nature, or Prakruti, we begin to see where imbalance may be arising, and what your particular constitution needs to function optimally.

At its core, Ayurveda is a way of living in relationship with nature – honouring the rhythms of the day, the seasons, and the natural cycles within the body. Through simple, consistent practices such as how we eat, move, rest, detoxify, manage stress, and structure our day, we begin to gently guide the body back into balance.

This is a lifestyle approach. It is what we do each day that ultimately shapes our long-term wellbeing. In a world that praises quick fixes, Ayurveda reminds us of our place within the greater ecosystem and the value of steady, intentional effort in creating meaningful and lasting change.

Through this process, we begin to cultivate a foundation for sustained vitality, mental clarity, and a deeper sense of ease within ourselves.
